- Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care in accordance with standards to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Providing age-appropriate care by demonstrating knowledge of growth and development principles.
- Developing and modifying care plans to meet patient needs, adhering to hospital policies and regulations.
- Associate’s degree in nursing
- Current Oklahoma RN licensure
- BLS certification required within 14 days of hire or transfer
- Ability to assess patient data and interpret information relevant to age-specific needs
