Position: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care using the nursing process.
Key Duties: Evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Experience & Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN). Hold a current RN license and Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, and others may be required based on unit needs.
Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as gripping, reaching, bending, and squatting.
