- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care in accordance with standards to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Provide age-appropriate care by demonstrating knowledge of growth, development, and patient-specific needs.
- Develop and modify care plans aligned with policies and procedures to deliver effective treatment.
- Adhere to regulations set by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Valid OK or Multistate RN license.
- BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN).
