RN Homecare - Part Time Weekends

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing in-home care for adult patients, focusing on seizure monitoring, medication administration, and assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Initiate and modify care plans based on patient needs and physician directives.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness.
• Respond to changes in patient condition, reporting to physicians or supervisors.
• Identify educational, care coordination, and discharge planning needs through review of care plans and protocols.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
• Preferably one year of RN experience.
  
  

Key Duties: Providing comprehensive bedside nursing, medication management, patient monitoring, and care plan adjustments to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a home setting.
