- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Providing skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitoring signs and symptoms to detect physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Collecting, analyzing, and documenting patient data and nursing diagnoses.
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
- Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferably, one year of professional nursing experience.
