Role & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within scope of practice, adhering to current standards, licensure, and facility policies.
- Assess patients' health needs and assist in developing and implementing nursing care plans.
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate care.
- Follow practical nursing principles, procedures, and techniques under supervision.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support healthcare team objectives.
- Graduate from an accredited Practical Nurse program.
- Current, unrestricted LPN license in the relevant state.
- At least one year of professional nursing experience.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association®.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, including performing CPR and assisting during evacuations.
