We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Ortho/Neuro/Trauma Unit (2C), a surgical inpatient unit dedicated to adult patients with complex fractures and traumatic brain injuries.
Responsibilities include providing specialized nursing care for diverse patient needs, supporting physical therapy through on-unit gym facilities, and collaborating with a skilled team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications include a valid Registered Nursing license, an Associate's Degree in Nursing with a commitment to obtain a BSN within three years, and at least one year of relevant experience. BLS certification is required; ACLS is preferred.
Skills include flexibility, competence in trauma and neuro care, and strong communication abilities.
This role involves a full-time, flexible schedule with rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation ranges from $41.28 to $66.05 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
