We are seeking a Pediatric Radiation Oncology Therapy RN to provide specialized nursing care in a prominent cancer treatment program.

Responsibilities Include

  • Administering radiation therapy and chemotherapy to pediatric oncology patients
  • Assessing patient condition and managing side effects
  • Collaborating with healthcare team to deliver high-quality care
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and treatment protocols

Qualifications And Skills

  • Registered Nurse licensed in District of Columbia
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum 6 months RN experience in Radiation Oncology; 1 year preferred
  • Knowledge of oncology nursing principles, chemotherapy drugs, and radiation interactions
  • Preferred: ONS/ONCC Radiation Therapy Certification and AHA CPR Certification

Key Duties: Work a minimum of 3 shifts over 6 weeks, typically 10-hour days, providing compassionate, expert care in a leading oncology setting.
