Job Summary
The Recruitment Coordinator supports executive and corporate recruiting efforts by managing interview logistics, coordinating candidate communications, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This role serves as a key liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executives while maintaining efficient recruiting operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Provide timely interview communications, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to manage scheduling priorities and resolve conflicts.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, interview calendars, and ATS/CRM data.
- Welcome onsite candidates and facilitate a positive interview experience.
- Support recruiting operations through reporting, document preparation, presentations, and process improvements.
- Assist with onboarding logistics and other administrative activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required & 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or a related field.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred.
- Experience supporting executive-level recruiting or executive search environments is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
