We are partnered with a fast-scaling, venture-backed technology company building an AI-powered platform for life sciences organizations. This is an exciting opportunity to define and lead marketing for a category-defining product, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams to drive growth, brand positioning, and market expansion.
Expectations:
- Execute day-to-day marketing activities across channels including content, digital, and campaigns
- Support the development of messaging and brand materials to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to help drive lead generation and engagement
- Assist in launching and managing campaigns, tracking performance and making improvements where needed
- Create and coordinate content such as social posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Help organise and support events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support ongoing marketing efforts
Requirements:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology environments
- Hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics and willingness to learn data-driven approaches
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and get involved where needed
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
Nice to have:
- Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries
- Background in scaling marketing functions at early-stage or venture-backed startups
- Familiarity with AI-driven products, SaaS marketing, or content platforms
- Understanding of regulated industry environments and workflows (e.g., compliance, review processes)
