.Key Responsibilitie
sTalent Acquisition (90%
- )Own full-cycle recruitment across technical, commercial, operational, and leadership hires
- .Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and assessment criteria
- .Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and employer branding initiatives
- .Design and implement scalable interview processes that ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- .Track and analyse recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement and hiring efficiency
- .Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent partners when required
- .Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and workforce planning
.People Operations & HR (10%
- )Own and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and total rewards programmes
- .Develop and maintain employee policies, processes, and company handbook documentation
- .Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one
- .Support employee engagement, development, and culture initiatives
- .Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and people-related matters

Requiremen
- ts3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or People Operations, ideally within a high-growth startup environmen
- t.Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment across both technical and non-technical function
- s.Experience building or implementing people processes such as onboarding programmes, performance management frameworks, compensation structures, or employee handbook
- s.Comfortable operating autonomously as the sole People or Talent professional within an organisatio
- n.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence founders, hiring managers, and candidate
