Head of Sales Engineering | Series A AI Infrastructure
My client is a fast-growing AI infrastructure company helping enterprises move quickly and safely with the latest AI technologies. Backed by top-tier VCs with a strong and growing customer base, they're 25 people, mostly engineers, and moving fast.
They're looking for a Head of Sales Engineering to own the technical side of their customer motion — from first demo to enterprise-wide deployment.
What you'll do:
- Build and lead the SE team from 3 → 10
- Define the technical playbook for enterprise deployments
- Partner directly with CEO, CPO, and GTM leadership
- Turn pilots into production at some of the most demanding enterprise customers in the market
What they're looking for:
- 10 years in technical, customer-facing roles (SE, FDE, or similar)
- You've done the work yourself before leading others doing it
- Early-stage startup experience — you've built something from scratch
- Time at a category leader (Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir, etc.)
- CS degree or equivalent technical foundation
