Meet is currently partnered with a fast-growing AI company transforming how life sciences organizations commercialise therapeutics through cutting-edge AI and automation technologies.

They are looking to add a highly driven Strategy & Operations Associate to their team to help scale the business during a critical growth phase. Working closely with leadership, product, engineering, and commercial teams, this individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and supporting the company's expansion across customers, products, and markets.

Expectations:

• Own and execute high-priority operational and strategic initiatives across the business

• Support the scaling of customer-facing operations and internal processes as the company continues to grow rapidly

• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to identify, design, and implement AI-powered workflow improvements

• Build operational, commercial, and financial analyses to support business decisions and prioritisation

• Drive cross-functional projects across commercial, product, operations, and customer-facing teams

• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency gains, implementing scalable solutions where needed

• Support the evaluation and execution of new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives

• Work directly with company leadership on strategic projects that influence company growth and direction

Requirements:

• 4 - 8 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, business operations, venture capital, startups, or other highly analytical environments

• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of taking ownership and delivering measurable outcomes

• Highly analytical and comfortable working with data, metrics, and business performance reporting

• Technical curiosity with an interest in AI, automation, and technology-enabled workflows

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to operate both strategically and hands-on

• Experience with SQL, low-code tools, analytics platforms, or automation tools is beneficial but not required
