Position Summary

Meest America Inc., an international logistics and parcel-delivery company, is seeking reliable, experienced, and high-performing Warehouse Associates to join our Piscataway, NJ warehouse team.

We are looking for candidates with previous hands-on warehouse experience, preferably in high-volume parcel, logistics, fulfillment, or distribution-center environments such as other logistic companies, or similar operations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, productive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, scan, move, and organize inbound and outbound packages.
• Pick, pack, label, palletize, and stage shipments for processing and dispatch.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, trailers, parcels, and freight as needed.
• Use RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment, when applicable.
• Verify shipment accuracy and support shipping and receiving operations.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow established warehouse procedures, productivity standards, and safety requirements.
• Work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume logistics operation, especially during peak seasons.
• Support other warehouse functions as required by operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience at good logistic warehouses, parcel carriers, logistics companies, fulfillment centers, distribution centers, freight operations, or similar high-volume warehouses.
• Experience with package handling, sorting, scanning, picking/packing, palletizing, shipping, receiving, loading, or unloading preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, reliability, and work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and physically active warehouse environment.
• Reliable daily transportation to Piscataway, NJ is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull packages as required for warehouse operations, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of packages and working in an active warehouse environment.
