YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
This inventory coordinating position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a set schedule between 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM.
When you join our irrigation installation company as a Warehouse Operations and Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Each day, you'll manage stock levels, ensuring that technicians have the parts they need when they need them. You'll take charge of receiving shipments, processing returns, and organizing inventory, all while keeping our warehouse and outdoor storage areas clean and efficient. When needed, you'll jump behind the wheel of a company vehicle to deliver materials to job sites. You'll also be the critical link between our administration team, technicians, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving along the way. Every day will be different, but one thing remains the same: your work will directly impact the success of our inventory coordinating team and the satisfaction of our customers.
Here's what you need to become our Warehouse Operations and Logistics Coordinator:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish languages)
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Clean driving record
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Experience in stocking (preferred)
