We are looking to add a full time onsite Clinical Research Site Director to a growing site that is part of a large national site network executing industry leading therapeutic and device trials.
Relocation to Nashville is offered for this role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of clinical research management experience
- Strong knowledge of ICH GCP
- CCRP certification preferred
- Experience hiring, training, and supervising research staff
Responsibilities
- Manage site operations and staff daily
- Oversee hiring, training, and coaching of team members
- Monitor workflow, milestones, and quality standards
- Lead resolution of workflow and data issues
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Review reports, support monitoring visits, and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate with leadership on performance goals and team development
- Provide strategic oversight of site operations
- Lead staffing strategy and workforce planning
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level managers
- Drive resolution of complex quality and performance issues
- Ensure site readiness for audits and inspections
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as key contact for sponsors and CROs
- Collaborate with directors on site-level performance goals
Salary : $105,000 - $130,000
