Candidates must have multi-entity accounting experience and can efficiently manage separate books, handle inter-company transactions, and produce consolidated reports; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clarity across the organization’s financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with management to analyze financial performance and assist in decisionmaking.
- Support tax preparation by providing necessary documentation and reports to external CPA firms.
- Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and financial performance.
- Proven experience (5 years minimum) as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and other financial software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and problemsolving skills.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
