What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper position at David Dobbs Enterprises?
Well-established Saint Augustine, Florida Company is seeking an experienced hands-on Bookkeeper. Primarily the Bookkeeper is responsible for assisting in the Accounts Payable functions, and the Accounts Receivable functions including but not limited to; Cash Applications, AR Reconciliations, and Collections while maintaining operating policies and procedures of each area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following;
- Maintaining financial records and accounts for reporting to CPA.
- Inventory accounting tasks as necessary.
- Administrative duties as necessary.
- Report generation as required.
- Collections

- Epicor ERP experience a plus
Two years of accounting experience required. An accounting degree is preferred but not required. Salary will commensurate with experience, please provide your expectations.
