Pay: $25-31/hr.
About the Role:
Our client in the marine technology and equipment industry is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support a high-volume, detail-driven sales environment.
This role sits at the center of the sales process—managing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring accuracy from initial inquiry through fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage customer quotes and sales orders in an ERP system
- Act as a point of contact for B2B customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Track and update order status, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues, and invoice disputes
- Support the sales process from inquiry through order completion
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–3 years of inside sales, order management, or sales support experience
- Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems (order entry is a must)
- Experience supporting B2B customers or technical products
- Strong attention to detail in high-volume transactional environments
- Comfortable working with quotes, pricing, and order documentation
