Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Engineer at our facility in Dickinson, TX. The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating quotations, providing technical sales support, and assisting customers with selecting suitable products based on technical and application needs. The role involves preparing documentation, managing customer inquiries, collaborating with the engineering team, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Sales
• Proficiency in preparing Quotations and engaging in Sales Engineering
• Strong Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand and explain technical specifications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and customers
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the pump or related industries is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in using CRM software and technical tools

Application Engineer – Centrifugal Pumps

Role Overview:

We’re seeking an Application Engineer specializing in centrifugal pumps. Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in inside applications engineering, quoting, and sales. Preferable that one lives within 30 miles of our office.

Requirements:

• 45-60 WPM typing

• Proficiency in Excel, Adobe editing

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, women-owned, family-operated firm (<20 employees) growing rapidly

Schedule:

Full-time, Mon-Fri, flexible hours. We are looking for someone to start immediately, if possible.

Salary & Benefits:

$70k-$90k/year, 5 sick days after 90 days, paid holidays, and after one year (Jan 1, 2028 if immediate hire), 4% 401k match, 2 weeks paid vacation.
