Marketing Inside Sales Representative Primary Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions and qualify caller for sales development
- Build rapport to better understand needs, and accurately convey the benefits of Mustang's product offering
- Utilize CRM system to track activity, document lead sources, and enter details of qualification or disqualification
- Transfer qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales team member for quote and closure
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred
- Strong people skills
- Professional communication skills - verbal, written, email, phone, in-person
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely organized
- Deadline and goal driven
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Sales team
Strongly Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
- Knowledge of Mustang's machinery product and rental services portfolio
