You’ll be the go-to connection between customers, sales, and internal teams — ensuring every order runs efficiently and every client receives top-tier service.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer quotes, orders, and invoices
- Track production schedules and coordinate logistics
- Manage customer inventory and ERP data
- Support quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
What We’re Looking For:
• 2 years of customer service or order coordination experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
• ERP (AX preferred) and Excel proficiency
• Team-oriented and adaptable
