Part-Time Shuttle Driver – McGrath Dubuque Chevy
Location: Dubuque, IA
Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 20 Hours Per Week | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

This role is an important part of delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing safe, reliable transportation for service customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of our service department.

Requirements

What You'll Do
- Greet customers arriving at the service department and provide a welcoming experience
- Safely shuttle customers to and from the dealership
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as needed for service appointments
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service drive and customer lounge
- Replenish coffee, refreshments, and customer amenities as needed
- Support the service department with additional transportation and customer service duties as assigned
