Requirements
- 0–2 years of automotive, express technician, lube technician, or related mechanical experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid inspections, and filter replacements
- Complete multi-point vehicle inspections accurately and thoroughly
- Communicate vehicle findings with Service Advisors and technicians
- Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist the service department in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
