Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an automotive technician (Import experience required)
- Expert-level diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Proven track record of efficiency, accuracy, and high CSI performance
- Commitment to OEM repair procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Dependable, self-driven, and capable of mentoring other technicians
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics, system repairs, and complex mechanical/electrical work on Kia vehicles
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to ensure clear communication and accurate repair documentation
- Lead by example — support and mentor mid-level technicians as part of a collaborative team
- Maintain factory-level standards for quality, performance, and productivity
- Participate in ongoing Kia training and stay current with evolving technology
- Contribute to a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
