Business Development & Sales:
- Proactively prospect through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Manage and convert inbound leads from marketing and existing clients
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline focused on long-term relationships
- Represent company at trade shows, community events, and industry functions
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships
- Guide clients through design, budgeting, and project decisions
- Ensure consistent communication from initial contact through project completion
- Deliver high-level customer experience aligned with company standards
Sales Execution:
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and subcontractors
- Develop proposals, concept plans, and presentations (AutoCAD/sketching preferred)
- Close deals, secure contracts, and manage onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Aspire preferred)
Brand Representation:
- Act as a professional brand ambassador in all client and public interactions
- Maintain polished, professional presence aligned with company standards
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years in landscape sales, enhancements, or project development
- Strong relationship-building and sales skills
- Knowledge of landscape systems (irrigation, lighting, hardscaping, etc.)
- Design experience and ability to read plans preferred
- Experience with CRM tools (Aspire a plus) and Microsoft/Google tools
- Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
