SUMMARY:
The Landscape Account Manager is a full-time, year-round role responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving retention, generating revenue through enhancement sales, and managing production teams. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of landscape construction, horticulture, and maintenance operations is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Management & Retention
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Conduct regular site visits and proactively address concerns
- Manage contract renewals, ensuring accuracy in scope and pricing
- Provide timely communication on schedules, progress, and updates
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify, propose, and close enhancement opportunities
- Develop seasonal and long-term property improvement plans
- Prepare and present proposals using company software
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
Project & Team Coordination
- Oversee maintenance and enhancement crews to ensure work is on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Communicate effectively between clients, field teams, and office staff
Scheduling & Operations
- Plan and manage daily and weekly project schedules
- Ensure all logistics are in place prior to job execution
Documentation & Reporting
- Approve timesheets and track job progress
- Support invoicing and project close-out processes
- Provide regular updates to internal teams
Training & Performance
- Support crew training and development programs
- Maintain and uphold standard operating procedures
- Set and monitor team goals and performance metrics
Seasonal Support
- Assist with winter operations, including route coordination and scheduling
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
