E-BI is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead and scale our business development function. This role is responsible for building, developing, and managing a high-performance BD team, driving new client acquisition, and expanding strategic accounts across our full spectrum of contract manufacturing solutions.
This is a leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution in a highly dynamic, global manufacturing environment.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, mentor, and manage a results-driven business development team
- Establish clear KPIs, pipeline discipline, and performance accountability
- Drive a culture of proactive engagement, solution selling, and client success
Business Growth & Client Acquisition
- Lead the team to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Target clients in consumer, industrial, and specialty product sectors
- Develop strategic outreach aligned with E-BI’s core capabilities (PCBA, metal fabrication, injection molding, tooling, etc.)
Account Expansion
- Strengthen and grow existing client relationships
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across E-BI’s global manufacturing network
- Act as executive sponsor for key accounts when required
Strategic Execution
- Align BD strategy with global supply chain capabilities across China and ASEAN regions
- Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Translate market trends (tariffs, geopolitical shifts, cost structures) into actionable BD strategies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or account management
- Proven track record in building and managing business development teams
- Strong experience in contract manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial product sectors
- Demonstrated success in both new business acquisition and account growth
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience working with global teams and cross-border supply chains is highly preferred
