Production Team Lead

As a Manufacturing Team Lead, you will serve as a pivotal mentor and guide for a production team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in driving operational success by empowering your team, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are consistently met.

• Facilitate daily huddles to align the team on production targets, safety protocols, and quality expectations.
• Onboard and mentor new staff members to ensure they are fully integrated and proficient in their roles.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with team members to identify and implement process efficiencies.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track area performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain rigorous standards through 5S audits, standard work documentation, and regular safety observations.
• Utilize SAP systems to manage production workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Act as a primary point of contact for conflict resolution and team support, escalating complex issues to management as needed.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
