We are seeking a highly motivated Materials Management Leader to oversee our warehouse and shipping operations, ensuring efficient movement of materials and finished goods. In this role, you will lead a team, implement process improvements, and maintain inventory accuracy to optimize costs and enhance customer satisfaction. Your expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement will be crucial in driving operational excellence.
- Drive improvements in productivity, quality, and service levels by tracking and analyzing shipping-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate the flow of finished goods and raw materials through the warehouse to meet production and transportation schedules, ensuring no delays.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and clean warehouse environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Spearhead process improvement initiatives using SOPs and 5S methodologies to reduce costs, improve accuracy, and elevate customer service.
- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and compliance through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for manufacturing processes to enhance plant performance, optimize workflow, and increase efficiencies.
- Manage inventory and materials, including raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Qualifications
Required Skills

- 5 years of operations/production management experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in leadership and people management.
