As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in our production facility by operating machinery and ensuring the consistent output of high-quality goods. • Operate and monitor industrial machinery to ensure production targets are met consistently.
• Execute quality control inspections to verify that all finished products adhere to strict specifications.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by strictly following established industrial safety protocols.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Proven capacity to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening and physical capability assessments.
