Industrial Maintenance Technician

Qualifications for the Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• At least two years of professional background in manufacturing, processing equipment repair, or industrial maintenance.
• Proven ability to perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Background in high-speed manufacturing environments such as CPG, bottling, food production, or brewing is highly desirable.
• Help ensure operational efficiency by maintaining components like gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, valves, bearings, and pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
• Support system reliability by working with drives, motors, sensors, power distribution, and PLC hardware.
• Familiarity with utility and specialized equipment like refrigeration, boilers, air compressors, keg washers, and water treatment systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Perks:

• Annual salary range between $55,000.00 and $80,000.00.

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute mechanical and electrical upkeep on beverage packaging and production machinery within a food-safe environment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, resolve equipment failures, and conduct repairs on fillers, can lines, and conveyor systems.
• Maintain essential utility and brewing infrastructure, including VFDs, PLCs, heat exchangers, motors, pumps, and valves.
• Contribute to the longevity of the facility by assisting with equipment rebuilds, new installations, system changeovers, and the upkeep of CO2, glycol, steam, and air systems.
• Demonstrate the ability to succeed and remain productive within a high-speed, demanding work setting.
