About the Role
As a Final Mile Delivery and Installation Specialist, you will lead a two-person team in providing premium white-glove service for high-end consumer goods. Your primary focus is to ensure the safe transport, precise assembly, and exceptional delivery experience for customers, directly impacting brand satisfaction through professional home services.
Responsibilities- Execute daily delivery routes using a 26' box truck to transport furniture and home goods.
- Perform expert in-home assembly, ranging from furniture component attachment to full bed and shelving unit construction.
- Maintain high standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Operate a lift gate safely to facilitate the efficient loading and unloading of heavy items.
- Coordinate with your team partner to manage route logistics and on-site installations effectively.
- Ensure all cargo is secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
Required Skills
- Ownership or access to a 26' box truck equipped with a lift gate.
- Active DOT and MC authority with valid insurance coverage.
- Current EIN and ability to operate as a professional two-person team.
- Successful completion of background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings.
Preferred Skills
- 1 years of experience in final mile delivery or home goods installation.
- Advanced proficiency in furniture assembly and tool handling.
