- Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex issues and maintain rigorous regulatory compliance documentation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing clear repair options and identifying opportunities to enhance equipment performance.
- Maintain high standards of operational excellence by utilizing advanced mobile platforms for data entry and system reporting.

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a mechanical or technical capacity.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet all necessary background and physical requirements for vendor credentialing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement and professional communication.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, including mobile applications, email, and data management systems.
- Proven ability to work independently in a field-based, safety-sensitive environment.
