As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our production environment by proactively maintaining critical systems and equipment. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting will directly impact our facility's uptime and overall operational efficiency.

• Execute preventative maintenance and complex repairs to keep facility infrastructure and machinery running at peak performance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools like multimeters, calipers, and micrometers.
• Maintain high safety standards by conducting rigorous machine inspections and ensuring all electrical systems remain compliant.
• Operate specialized equipment including MIG welders, manual grinders, and various power tools to fabricate or repair necessary components.
• Manage material handling tasks safely and efficiently using forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements that enhance maintenance workflows and reduce downtime.
