About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams. In this role, you will drive production efficiency, manage capital projects, and foster a culture of technical excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing our manufacturing processes and achieving key performance indicators.
Responsibilities- Maximize production volume while achieving cost targets.
- Manage the plant Capital Budget and Engineering expense budget.
- Identify and implement capital deployment opportunities in collaboration with technical and operations teams.
- Oversee CAR submission and coordinate capital activities.
- Provide engineering support and resources to sustain plant production.
- Coordinate communication and implementation of manufacturing and technical initiatives.
- Ensure site environmental compliance and support plant safety programs.
Required Skills
- BA/BS degree preferred in engineering.
- 6 years in engineering field with demonstrated project and process management skills with at least 3 years supervisory experience.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and negotiation skills required.
- Ability to analyze and problem solve various technical related issues.
