Responsibilities- Execute complex setups and operation of 2 and 3-axis CNC horizontal lathes to meet rigorous production schedules.
- Optimize machining processes by leveraging deep knowledge of G-code programming and Fanuc control systems.
- Ensure component integrity by performing precise inspections using advanced measuring tools and gages.
- Interpret intricate blueprints and apply GD&T standards to guarantee all parts meet exact engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to maintain seamless workflows and uphold high manufacturing standards.
- Improve cycle times and material throughput by effectively managing bar feeding systems and machine adjustments.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in CNC lathe operation and setup.
- Proven proficiency in G-code programming and Fanuc controls.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and GD&T.
- Demonstrated expertise in precision measurement and quality verification.
- Must hold U.S. Person status.
