CNC Machinist

As a CNC Machinist, you will drive manufacturing excellence by operating advanced machining equipment to produce high-precision components. You will play a critical role in maintaining production quality and efficiency while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance shop floor environment.

• Execute precise setups on CNC lathes and mills by interpreting complex blueprints and technical specifications.
• Optimize production throughput by monitoring machine cycles and performing timely tool changes.
• Ensure component integrity by utilizing precision measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Maintain rigorous quality standards by identifying and reporting process deviations or equipment malfunctions.
• Foster a culture of safety and efficiency by adhering to 5S housekeeping standards and PPE protocols.
• Document production metrics and inspection results to ensure full traceability and operational accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and improve overall manufacturing workflows.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a formal machining training program or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in industrial math and blueprint reading.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and adjust CNC machining centers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
