The Day to Day:
- Serve as the face of the office and first point of contact for visitors, founders, investors, and VIP guests
- Create a welcoming, polished, and hospitality-driven office environment
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring the space is organized, fully stocked, and running efficiently
- Coordinate office vendors, facilities requests, repairs, and maintenance
- Oversee conference room readiness, meeting setup, and guest experience
- Order and maintain office, kitchen, and event supplies
- Assist with planning team events, internal gatherings, and office programming
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires and visitors
- Partner closely with leadership and internal teams on special projects and workplace initiatives
- Help foster a collaborative, positive, and team-oriented culture throughout the office
