Day-to-Day:
- Build and improve company-wide operational processes and systems.
- Partner with leadership on strategic operational initiatives.
- Collaborate across IT, Legal, Finance, People, and Recruiting.
- Establish and scale operational functions from the ground up.
- Implement tools, workflows, and internal infrastructure.
- Manage vendors, consultants, and external partners.
- Drive cross-functional projects and key business initiatives.
- Improve efficiency and identify operational gaps.
- Create documentation, policies, and operating procedures.
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to leadership.
- Experience building operations within a startup or high-growth company.
- Strong cross-functional partnership experience.
- Comfortable creating structure in ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Resourceful, proactive, and highly adaptable.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
