The Role: Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)
The City: Menlo Park, CA
The Money: $35$44/hour

The Ideal Candidate: Service-oriented with a high-touch approach. Exceptionally detail-focused. Agile and adaptable. Grounded in a people-first philosophy. Must have at least 1 year of Recruiting Coordination experience. Greenhouse and/or ModernLoop preferred.
The Day-to-Day:
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
Manage full-cycle interview coordination and complex scheduling
Ensure clear, timely communication and logistics for candidates and interview teams
Uphold a five-star candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
Maintain and update candidate data in CRM
Assist with special recruiting projects and team initiatives as needed
