About the Role:
This role is ideal for an early-career operator who combines strong organizational skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You'll be trusted to run with projects, solve problems independently, and continuously take on larger scope as the company grows.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the office is running smoothly, organized, and ready to welcome employees, customers, investors, and candidates each day.
- Manage office operations including supplies, facilities coordination, shipping and receiving, building relationships, and vendor management.
- Oversee food, beverage, snack, and meal programs while maintaining a thoughtful, budget-conscious employee experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities, security, maintenance, and workplace vendors.
- Manage conference room readiness, meeting logistics, and AV systems to ensure seamless team gatherings and presentations.
- Track office budgets, monitor spending, and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every employee has a best-in-class experience from day one.
- Manage workplace logistics including equipment setup, workspace preparation, and employee resources.
- Plan team celebrations, employee recognition programs, and workplace initiatives that strengthen culture and engagement.
- Organize company events, happy hours, offsites, and team gatherings from planning through execution.
- Highly proactive with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Resourceful problem-solver who finds solutions.
- Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Tech-savvy and eager to leverage AI and automation to work more effectively.
