This role is ideal for someone who has come up through recruiting and is ready to step away from direct candidate management, leaning instead into operations, systems, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize recruiting operations across a high-volume engineering hiring pipeline
- Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and candidate quality
- Evaluate and refine candidate profiling - ensuring the team is targeting the right talent
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into recruiting metrics and trends
- Partner closely with leadership to streamline workflows and remove operational bottlenecks
- Oversee coordination logistics for a heavy onsite interview cadence
- Leverage tools and systems (CRM/ATS) to drive efficiency and scalability
- Background in recruiting (agency or in-house), with a desire to transition into operations-focused work
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Experience working with CRM/ATS systems (Ashby preferred) and building dashboards/reporting
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with significant onsite coordination needs
- Proactive, systems-oriented thinker who enjoys improving processes at scale
