The Role:
We're expanding from one vertical into many. Healthcare is up next. Each new vertical needs its own RevOps foundation built before the wheels can spin: pipeline instrumentation, supply-side recruiter reporting, funnel design, forecasting, and incentive structures that work for a two-sided marketplace, not a single-sided SaaS funnel.
You'll own that foundation. You're the person who makes sure every new vertical launches with a working RevOps stack on day one instead of duct-taping it together after the fact.
What Youβll Do:
- Build the RevOps blueprint that every new vertical inherits at launch: CRM structure, pipeline stages, supply-side recruiter tracking, forecasting model, and reporting cadence
- Partner with each new vertical's launcher and GM to instrument their funnel from day one, and own the data infrastructure that tells them what's working
- Design incentive structures and quota models for both sides of the marketplace as new verticals scale from 0 to $10M
- Run the RevOps side of vertical kickoffs: integrations, dashboards, attribution, supply liquidity reporting
- Standardize what should be repeatable, customize what shouldn't, and document the difference so future launches get faster
What We're Looking For:
- 3 - 7 years of experience building RevOps from scratch in a 0- to- 1 product line, marketplace, or new vertical launch
- Experience designing or administering sales and CS incentive plans (quotas, commissions, SPIFFs)
- Marketplace or two- sided business model experience
- Experience instrumenting both demand- side and supply- side funnels, not only demand- side SaaS
- Hands- on Salesforce configuration experience (objects, flows, validation rules, reports)
- Strong SQL skills, comfort owning data models and self- serve dashboards
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
