The Role:
We're looking for a US Immigration Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate is an independent and confident attorney who can manage our existing playbook and help us scale as we have more client work than we can handle.
What You’ll Do:
- Independently own and manage business immigration cases from start to finish.
- Develop case strategy and provide counseling directly to clients.
- Lead client calls to provide updates and guidance.
- Review and oversee the work product of paralegals.
- Handle a wide variety of business immigration matters (H-1B, L-1, O-1, EB-1/2/3, etc.).
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of post-bar experience as a practicing immigration attorney.
- Experience at a law firm with 7 or more attorneys.
- Broad experience across various business immigration visa types.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently defend legal positions.
- Stable career history; no solo practitioners.
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
