As the Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of their hiring process - making sure candidates have an exceptional experience and their internal teams stay organized and efficient. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates at every stage of the hiring funnel.
The Role: Recruiting Coordinator
The Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
The Money: $85k - $120k base DOE
The Company: Early stage tech start up
The Ideal Candidate: 2-3 years of RC experience. Excellent communicator. Highly organized. Fast paced. Personable.

- Manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones with speed and accuracy
- Own candidate communications, ensuring a positive experience
- Partner with recruiters to move candidates smoothly through the hiring process
- Keep ATS up to date with candidate information and pipeline data
- Assist with recruiting operations projects, events, and employer branding initiatives
