What You Will Do
- Own coordination across Giga
- Run point on every interview, onsite, and pipeline touchpoint
- Keep our ATS clean, structured, and moving with speed
- Deliver a fantastic candidate experience through thoughtful and consistent communication
- Set structure for new roles and help refine our hiring process
- Track metrics, anticipate bottlenecks, and fix them before they slow us down
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and keep searches aligned
- Support sourcing and research when needed
- Raise the operational bar for the entire recruiting function
- You communicate with clarity, confidence, and maturity
- You take pride in being the face of the company for candidates
- You treat candidate experience as a competitive advantage
- A desire to grow and take on big responsibilities early
- 2 years of recruiting coordination experience
- Deep experience with Ashby and can operate in it with confidence
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience working in fast paced or high growth startup environments
- You have a strong academic foundation from a rigorous university
- Experience coordinating technical recruiting
- Experience with other recruiting tools, like Juicebox and Lemlist
- Interest in taking on full cycle recruiting over time
