What You'll Do:
- Design and implement scalable HR programs
- Build and maintain foundational people infrastructure, including employee handbooks, onboarding frameworks, and internal policies.
- Own and optimize day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage HR systems across multiple entities.
- Partner closely with leadership to provide strategic guidance on people-related initiatives and organizational growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with domestic and international employment practices.
- Drive initiatives that foster employee engagement, company culture, and an exceptional employee experience.
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to leadership on organizational and people matters.
- 6 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience.
- Prior experience supporting or scaling early-stage or high-growth startup environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling or similar systems.
