The Day-to-Day:
- Provide seamless support to the Partner across scheduling, travel, meeting prep, and follow-ups
- Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain and update key internal systems and CRMs, including Salesforce
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound communication with sound judgment
- Coordinate logistics around partner meetings, events, and portfolio engagements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders - founders, LPs, fellow investors - with tact and warmth
