About the Role
Reporting directly to one of our Partners, this role serves as the operational backbone of a busy family law practice. This position is centered on high-volume inbox management, calendar ownership, and quarterbacking workflow across the team. Our Partners are operators who remain deeply focused on client work. Your role is to create leverage around them by ensuring communication is triaged appropriately, priorities are clear, and follow-through happens consistently. You will support a seven-person team consisting of one Partner, four attorneys, and two paralegals. On a typical day, the inbox may receive hundreds of emails from clients, experts, opposing counsel, and internal team members. Most communications ultimately need to be routed to attorneys and paralegals, and your judgment will be critical in ensuring nothing important slips through the cracks. This is a fast-paced role that rewards someone who thinks ahead, sees around corners, and is comfortable making judgment calls.

- Managing the Partner’s high-volume inbox, including triage, routing, and follow-up
- Owning calendar management and protecting the Partner’s time
- Acting as the central communication hub for the team
